What's your GOAL this year?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Why?!?? Of all the fish to eat. These are rare old bottom feeders with lots of cartilage. From my perspective it would be better to eat a muskie!
Im with ya on that, but why eat either?
They both probably taste like junk!

Right you are!!!! It was a hypothetical problem....like what would you rather do, kiss 8 girls or put your head in a sleeping bag for 80 seconds in which someone has just farted. Neither choice is good but one is slightly better.

It took me a while but I finally figured out what my goals for this year:
Only two and one is very important

1) Win at least one OVSB Tourney (or all of them)

And most importantly

2) Learn how to hold a fish for a picture like 24/7 with proper arm extension

So how did everyone do??
I didn't get my nickel, but I did get a PB largemouth. I did learn alot about the local walleye. I have solid patterns to fish next year until about early July. Goal for next year is to find mid-summer and/or midday walleye on the Ottawa.
My biggest success as for goals for the year was finding solid pike trolling runs. I found 2 fantastic numbers runs, and 1 good size run. All and all a good season.
