Need help!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Need help!

Post by Cancatchbass »

I just hooked up to DSL service (so I can access Fish-Hawk faster- that's the fishing connection to this question  ).

I haven't used Outlook for sending/receiving mail for years, and am trying to set up a mail account. Where do I find the POP3 and SMTP info required to set up the mail account?

CCB- technologically challenged...

who is your provider?

Sympatico? Rogers? You check their websites or call the help number and they should be able to walk you through.

Sympatico is :
pop1.sympatico.ca
smpt1.sympatico.ca

for rogers

By the way I did not see your name in the Fish-Hawk.net Worldwide Virtual Derby :?:

I'm hoping to fish Gan Lake next week some time.

Thanks, Chepbstrd. Up and running, now.

Rescue 78- I get my DSL service from 1000island.net (Lansdowne Telephone) The new "substation" or whatever you call it is only about 200 yards from my house (opposite the Glen House), so the speed is amazing compared to my dial-up!

I would have thought Gan Lake would be declared out of bounds due to the number of 22-24 inch largemouth there. I also hope to get there by next weekend.

I missed a lot of the derby info and need to catch up on my post-reading, obviously. Do I pick a team or wait to be drafted?

Xenos- how do you find that out? Looks like we're teammates- team #3!

If you can find fish like you can find obscure numbers, we can't lose!
