Are you looking for a guide? or do you want to go by yourself?
Without naming any lakes and suffering the wrath of the many..I'll give this hint. If you live in Orleans there is a big body of water close by that has them.
Almost every lake in the area has them.

I sent you a PM Gosse. This is a good walleye fishing area with most large bodies of water having fairly good quantities of walleye. You can also check with the MNR offices in either Kemptville or Pembroke and they will also give you good information. Good Luck!!!!!
