New thread for 24/7.....13+" musky lures

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Some responses were:

No

Sometimes

I don't think a new thread is needed Peter!!...All that the MODS have to do is go in and clean up the crap like they usually do!!!....the thread had some good replies in it at the beginning...then it appeared to get "sabatoged" for some unknown reason

I replied to the original thread and then minutes later it got yanked.....so I'll do it one more time(Ted)...

I don't see why 13 inch baits or even 15 inchers would'nt catch fish.

The monster that was caught out of the Larry recently by Dale MacNair was caught on a 10 inch Jake.

baits

Post by g unis »

i guess i missed something again.
in reality it is up to the fisherman. if you have confidence in a special lure, im sure it would get more water time.. here on st clair normally guys run baits 6 inches and catch many 50 inchers. in fall some upsize to larger lures. it really depends on what piggies want. straight baits, joints, color, speeds, depths, barometer, wave action, and the list goes on.
