I have a free seat in the Clam for anyone willing to do a little exploring :D If I can't find anyone to fish with I will probably set up base on Crappie Bay..Anyone going to be out in the morning? I will be going for pike and crappie..

I'm heading up near Wakefield tomorrow.

Tried to get people to go with me, but they don't trust the ice yet. I was up there today just checking it out, there were holes drilled, a good 6" of ice.

After all that warm weather to spoil us, tomorrow is going to feel damn cold.

Is it really safe at Petrie yet??

I'm anxious to get out, but I'm a wimp when it comes to worrying about the thickness of the ice!!

If it IS safe, I hope to head out in the early afternoon...like around 1:00 or something...

Will you still be there tip-up??

I see -13 tomorrow morning for where i'm going. Looks like it will end up being a nice day though.

I WAS SUPOSE to go tomorow...but my BOSS did not think so,, :roll: :x ,,,i have just been page.....i have to work.....tomorow(sunday)...

no fishing for me... :cry:

next weekend will be good for ice,,,,,,,,wit that cold wetaer we will have this next week....

Hope to see s bunch of ya down there 2morrow :) For now, one of my buddies has grabbed a seat with me...He is not 100% sure and will let me know in the morning :? :) I hope tomorrow produces some nice fishies as it will be my last time down on Crappie Bay for a little while...There will be many more options as we get this cold front moving in :wink:
