Portable Ice Fishing Shelter

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Portable Ice Fishing Shelter

Post by -Smitty- »

I'm looking to get more in to ice fishing this year, and since I don't have an ATV or a snowmobile, i'm looking to set up a sled/tent/ice fishing shelter type of deal to get out on and move around the ice....either snowshoeing or skiing.

Just wondering if anyone had any pics or details about what they use if they're in the same situation I am.

Thanks
Smitty

hi smitty...

ok.......i do have somes fish traps(portable) they could be one off your choice.........but there is a large quantity off deferent company that make some portable shak.........

1,,,but you need to no what you want.....

2,,,,it realy depend what you have to transport it all(your vehicule)...because a car can carry some off them but a lot off them could be harder to bring in car...

3,,,,your budget

4,,,,if you are one or two persons

5,,,,how far you are fishing frome the parking....

there so mutch stuff you have to consider.....

there some new model call the pack shak,,,,,,,real small,,light and come wit a chair,,,could be a model to think about if you are goig alone or have a car....etc.

or a fish trap scout or pro,,,for one persons.....or other model if you are more then one....
