Sleded and I hit a local trib this morning in search of rainbows. Right off the bat I had a huge hit, but it turned out to just be a seagull flying into the line. Later on, another big hit that we thought was just a seagull.. but when I pulled up on the rod, sure enough there was a fish on! Nice little fight and up came an 18 inch rainbow with some fresh colors.

She went home for din din.

The fish was caught bottom bouncing with a roe bag and yarn combo.

That was about it for the morning, I ended up going 1/2 and Sleded went 0/0 - I'm winning!!!

Rich, did you catch a big brown trout? Please post the pictures if you did. I love the looks of them. Don't get me wrong, I love the little lake trout you have in the picture above, but I would love to see your big brown trout.

Dont worry about the jealous people out there like the ones that seem to be trying to derail this post. Just ignore them.

They only wish they were half the fisherman you are and that one day they could catch a big brown like yours.

Im not shooting down his fishing skills, im shooting down the fact of somone taking someone elses trophy fish and claiming it as his own!

Why do you think Rich wrote " I wonder how long it would take for those type or replies to start" Rich knows he photoshopped it, take a look over at ofn.

So, you are saying that someone else caught a fish and Rich is saying he caught it?

It is definately the same fish in those pictures and a monster to boot!
