HUGE sturgeon!!! HUGE!!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

HUGE sturgeon!!! HUGE!!

Post by FromTheNorth »

My wife sent me this email from work today. She thought it was hilarious because she know I fish in a sportspal and trolling motor.

I can never figure out how to insert images so i've linked to fish-hawk's gallery.

Enjoy.

Like to hear Moosebunk's opinion on this one. 8) That thing looks too big to come from Ontario.

I read on another site that it's definitely a BC fish from the Fraser River. It's actually a white sturgeon which doesn't even exist in Ontario as we only have lake sturgeon here. It's just one of those internet perpetuated stories... the Bruno Labbate in the photo is a real estate agent in Kincardine, and like most fisherman, he probably lies alot

Thanks for the clarification guys, sorry to have posted a bunk fish tale.

I guess I should cancel those reservations at Kincardine motel.

Nice fish though.

Fish caught late last fall just outside of Mission BC. Big sturgeon lurk in a real deep hole on the Fraser River right in front of the town. That's one of them. :D
