Introducing "Mrs." Bassmaster or Bassmistress
Well I can't believe my luck, I have found a new fishing partner who I hope will be around for a good long time
Can't count the number of times I've been shore fishing or boat watching and thinking to myself how lucky some of these guys are to have wives or girlfriends who are interested in fishing just as much as they are. Most of the girlfriends I have had in the past all said one word when it comes to fishing " ICKY"
She's originally from St.Catherine's her parents live there, so I imagine I will be doing a lot of fishing down there as time goes on...
Depending on the weather we have plans on heading out Saturday somewhere.
Can hardly wait
Good for your Bassmaster. You want to hold onto that one. My wife doesn't get on my back too much about fishing but I really do limit what i would do if i was allowed to.
Good luck to you on the fishing date. That's OK, my wife and I went to a NASCAR race on our honeymoon. Needless to say I picked the right one.

ahh, you young fellas who think you have the choice here ... sorry boys, all the good ones (like the potential mrs bassmaster) make all the decisions.Big Bass Rich wrote:Sounds like she's a keeper
The painful truth is you have no say in the "keeping" part. She will decide to keep you ... or not ... and if she does, you will be forever thankful she did...
so behave yourself and good luck on your fishing date ...
Sounds like you're pretty whipped.jsdx wrote:ahh, you young fellas who think you have the choice here ... sorry boys, all the good ones (like the potential mrs bassmaster) make all the decisions.Big Bass Rich wrote:Sounds like she's a keeper

Well I love fishing and hunting with Fishindan. Fishindan can fish and hunt until his heart is content. As long as I get to go with sometimes.

Good on ya Bassmaster. From my experience, as long as you balance the relationship with the "incession" of fishing, then all is good. Of course, having a significant other who enjoys fishing as much as you do, is definately a bonus, cause you can do both at the same time.
Hope all works out for ya.

Thanks all... I guess I will have to wait for the warmer weather or bass season... my GF doesn't like getting up at 5am to go fishing. Things came up last Sat and we didn't get out.
When she moves back home to St.Catherine's at least there will be more opportunities there than in Brantford as far as fish being in season, kinda hard not to catch a smallie right now in the Grand while targetting other fish.
