Just wondering

Kust wondering what everyones ice shacks look like...any unique ones out there...Just curious to see what guys are doing to make fishing through the ice that much more confortable....

Myself an a couple buddies have a shack. Comefort and good use of space are very important.

The recessed wood stove is probably the smartest thing we did. It creates so much floor space. I will never build a shack without that feature.

An of course why hold onto the line / rod when you can do this.

This setup keeps everything out of the way so we can jam in more people!!

I was going to use a hard top trailer to build one and 1 thought I had was to use sono? tubing from the ice up to 1 to 2 inches above the floor.
Nothing falls overboard and no cold air flows in and I would assume less heat escaping to melt the ice underneath.

That would certainly work well. We actually skirt the whole outside with cardboard. It leaves us room around the holes to for water and slush to be cleared away after drilling the holes.

I have a picture to add, but don't know how...especially for the boys thinking of using a trailer!!!HELP
