Wicked day at Buckham's..

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Wicked day at Buckham's..

Post by Wall-I-Guy »

Well, what can I say, just a real decent day at Buckham's. Managed a slew of Perch to eat as well as a couple 'eyes. Missed two more 'eyes at the holes.. :x Dam :!:

Also iced, yes iced 10 Pike including the crowning glory an 8 pounder  which was the last Pike I caught before heading off to work. Missed at least half a dozen more..Man I found a school or something..

Ransome showed up about 11 or 11:30, just in time for sausage :D . By then I had 7 Pike on the ice. I managed a few more Perch and Pike the rest of the afternoon. Ian iced a nice eating 'eye as well. He'll post his pic later as well.

The vex was constant activity, just constant. Man I didn't want to leave for the night bite...G%# D^$ work..... :x

He was still going at it when I left..

Well here they are...

WIG,

Wow, that sounds like a dream day -- for me, especially the pike! :D

Can't wait for the pictures.

NICE!

Guess I should clarify this after reading it again, when I say "on the ice", I didn't keep them, not one, zilch, nuttin'. Every Pike was released as Ransome can attest to. :D

Poor choice of words...
