First on the Ice!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

There's an idiot of the week video clip I watch regularly....maybe i'll catch you on it one of these times.

Seriously monsterhunter, be safe.

I was just talking with WIG and MT about how fortunate we have been with statistics. With our user volume, statitically one of us should have drowned by now.

Dave
No Bows, this was right out front of my place, very close to the shore   Those deep bogie lakes need some time yet. But I'll keep ya posted

Markus,

I'm as paranoid as any about unsafe ice, but I was right next to the sure and expecting the worst  It's when you're not expecting it.. you've got probs. By the way, safety is my middle name

Joco,

No tip ups yet bro, hopefully by mid december, real ice will be around. :)

Cheers,

Rich

Sorry but I don need to say that some of you are INSAIN. I wont even think about going on the ice until there is at least 7- 10'' and I still won;t feel safe.

Ahhhh....Where's the adventure in that?....try standing on 3-4 inches of ice at Quinte with hundreds of other guys.....and watching your spoon hit the water and go flying away from your hole cuz the current is so strong... Now that is fun!...
