Pigeon Lake Musky Success

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Pigeon Lake Musky Success

Post by Gravelguy4 »

To all those who offered advice... THANK YOU

Caught a 40 incher while casting bucktails last night.
Haven't shut up about it since. No photos though.
We got him in the cradle and got the hooks out, he
started thrashing like a maniac so I let him out of the
cradle. I was too damn happy anyway. The pic would have
been nice but catching him later will be better.
It was my cousin and I's first time using a cradle.
I would definately recommend one though.

THANKS again.
It was awesome..

A picture is secondary to the thrill of catching one. Nice work!

Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

WTG those 40 inchers from Pigeon lake will give you a heck of a good fight. I hope you can use some of the information I gave you and maybe we can get together when I am down there this August. That is one of the best numbers fisherires you have there.

P.S. You will have plenty of opportunities at pictures once you figure them out.
Catch and release them all
