Caught a 40 incher while casting bucktails last night.
Haven't shut up about it since. No photos though.
We got him in the cradle and got the hooks out, he
started thrashing like a maniac so I let him out of the
cradle. I was too damn happy anyway. The pic would have
been nice but catching him later will be better.
It was my cousin and I's first time using a cradle.
I would definately recommend one though.

WTG those 40 inchers from Pigeon lake will give you a heck of a good fight. I hope you can use some of the information I gave you and maybe we can get together when I am down there this August. That is one of the best numbers fisherires you have there.
