A Collection for Steve-Hamilton....

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

A Collection for Steve-Hamilton....

Post by RJ »

As I'm sure most have heard......some jackass low-life stole Steve's tackle box out his boat on Saturday at our little get-together.....

I'd like to help the guy out as we all know what these claims can be like....

I don't think cash works here....but I know we all have a few extras he could probably use to get the ball rolling again....

Best way to do this is to get Steve to PM you his address.....and mail him some stuff....

On the way from me Steve...

Mann's Stretch 20....
Flippin tubes....

If everyone finds a little something to mail him.....its going to make this real crappy day be forgotten very quickly!

Steve...drop me a PM with your address...

More than happy to help....

RJ

P.S. Steve, Maybe give us all an idea what you mostly fish for.....

Awesome post---RJ !!!

That's the kind of fellowship that makes this site and group so special.
Count me in --haven't got much in the way of salmon tackle,--but I'm sure every bit counts.

Anyone have info on MT's car, or how he made out fixin' it-----was thinking of you !!

geez, this is really not necessary.

but if you have any xtra lures, maybe ones that aren't lucky for you (but may turn lucky for me), ... i dont really know what kinds to say, as i only own(ed) one tackle box, and i had everything in it (cept my rubbers...worms i mean)

been busy today, and didn't get a chance to check the boards, this was a nice to thing to come 'home' to.

i looks like i'm gonna be a few weeks (hopefully no more) away from seeing anything from the insurance company so anything that'll get me out...

one thing i can say is, i have a bunch of gamagatsu treble hooks that i purchased in bulk for adding to reef runners...so if you have any old rusty lures that have been sitting on the bottom of the box, i'd love to clean them up...

i cleaned up six or seven old body baits this morning that i found in my dads old box....some old Long A shallow divers....a package was found in teh bottom of the box, and read 4.99....it was quite some time ago Bomber Long A's sold for five bucks!

my good friend and fishing partner George knows the adjuster who is working my claim....hopefully that'll come to my benefit.

The police in Grimsby were more than helpful....mentioned the jordan is usually safe, as a few local police are avid anglers, and love to make an excuse to drive over (basically to see how the fishing is going...)

steve,

mmm got his truck back, so maybe there will be some equally good luck and somehow you'll get your tackle back. Maybe someone saw something...?

W.
Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

Hey Steve,
it was good to meet ya on Saturday. Too bad some prick had to ruin your day(as if the weather wasn't enough). Let me know your mailing address and I'll see what I can scrounge up for ya. In the meantime keep your head up and your stick on the ice. Hoss
