Pics from Saturday - Sons first ice fishing outing

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

RRC,

LOVE IT!

What a cutie pie...! :P

Hey, if you can give me any advice, now that you have gotten your toddler out onto the ice, about keeping the kids happy for a while...I'd appreciate it!

I've got an "almost" 4 yr old, too!

Great pic's.

W.
Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

I brought along some hockey sticks and a ball. This kept him occupied inbetween him fishing. As well, just being on the ice was kind of exciting for him. Of course what would be a day ice fishing without a lunch box filled with treats.

He fished for over 4 hrs and he was good, never asking if it was time to go or anything. He's already asked to go again. I might bring him to the derby on Mississippi Lake on Feb 12th.

RRC, that is some kind of miracle. Seriously, what a trooper. A cute trooper, too.

Next generation training

Post by Seaweed »

Wonderful day RRC.

Great to see the new generation hitting the lakes.

My son and I don`t get out near as much as we used too... distance is the problem not a desire to go.

Love the matching hats too.

Cool Pictures, it's always great to see kids get out and involved in fishing.
