January 4th - Another nice outing for walleyes

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

January 4th - Another nice outing for walleyes

Post by Spezza_Fan »

Hey Guys,
My bro, his buddy and I headed out on the Ottawa yesterday afternoon in search of some more tasty eyes.

We fished from 1:30pm to 5:00 and got our limit.

I caught my first fish on my new jigging line and was stoked about that. Next will be to catch a fish once I see one on my Marcum.

The fish are getting better so let's hope we catch that trophy one our next time out.

For sure! Now that I've had my fish supper I'm good for at least another month or two! The next time I go out will be for the big ones and it'll be a quick CPR (Catch Photo Release). I rarely keep the fish I catch so I don't feel too bad having a snack here and there!
