Bass Season Opener 26th of June

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Like with the rest of June, I'll be missing opener to study for a credentialing exam :cry: Else I'd be hitting the Eganville area.
The carp vs bass thing in this thread is weird.

Hey bm_attar I was just poking fun at the carp. I agree carp fishing is fun, easy to do with the whole family, and yes u can bbq and carp fish. I'd be willing to go head to head with you or RJ in carp shot out anytime except during bass season!

I am thinking Clayton or Mississippi river for a bit Saturday morning then leaving for Turkey Point, Lake Erie Saturday afternoon, with 2 of my students I teach.

Sunday my students are fishing Lake Erie in a high school bass tournament, I will be stuck on shore :( .

Monday morning fishing Lake Ontario for salmon...

Monday night party at a co-workers house on the St. Lawrence, maybe I'll try and fish for carp during the party.

Good luck everyone.

Oh, fishing in my backyard huh? See you out there Raven.

I might just go on Wed too, I just picked up a new 90 gallon aquarium, what better way to test it out than with a big tournament winning OOS bass?
