can i see easliy without a telescope? most people leaving bars and suck around that time might this its an alien invasion if it CAN be seen with the nekkid eye

Meteor showers are usually visible to the naked eye...would be kind of hard to catch in a telescope i would think (aka shooting stars). I was out camping/fishing for the Leonid Meteor shower in August and it was amazing to watch them streak across the sky that frequently.
