What spices to use?
Can anyone tell me what spices to use for deer pepperetes,jerkey,italian sausage.I'm just new at trying my hand at prepparation and all I can find on the net are already preppared bags of spices.I tried Italian sausage last year and they turned out pretty darn good .I've also purchased some jerkey that were good.any help would be greatly appreciated.
