Great time on the water! A day with Markus and Big O you laugh and laugh. Nice meeting Jim W, French river hitter and Crash. The 2 lost fish  Problem with the hook set. The second one was a nice fish could have been my biggest yet! Try again in the morning.

Wow!! Looks like everyone had fun and did well on the outing. It looks cold out there. Isn't funny how you don't get cold when your catching fish??

:D Got down to Queenston around 6:15 am. Markus had the launch salted , but it was still an interesting slide into the river trying to get launched!! Jammer and I headed down to the bar and drove around looking for fish..not too much marked. Once we started drifting we could feel the weight bounce off bottom..near the end of our 2nd drift I got a nice 28.5" lake tout.

The bar began to fill with boats as the sun rose.

Jammer had two good hits but both fish managed to return his hooks to him.

On our next drift I hooked another good one. This one went 31.5" and was close to 12 pounds. Both fish had come on the end of our drift.

jammer and I tried all the drifts but that would be all we landed for the day..next time ..note to self..bring minnows!

Good to meet everyone..the fishing can only get better..

A classic? Bah.. he's just an impostor. We all know who originated it. But that's okay, I don't mind if Markus idolizes me.

Man does it ever look like you guys had a blast out there!

Great looking fish and Markus you must have been real hungry

Really wish I could have joined you...

The baby shower so so much more fun :?

The only saving grace is I haven't finished my essay and doing it now so I would have stressed all weekend while fishing knowing I still had to write an essay that's due tomorrow.

I had a great day yesterday!!!!

I'd been waiting to get on the Niagara for awhile. It was great to meet fff, and to fish with Frenchriverhitter and Squig69 and to see a few other hawk-talkers I hadn't seen in awhile. Thanks Squig for the opportunity to fish in your boat.

I can't post pictures from my current location, but as mentioned our boat got 4 lakers and 1 fat bow. I was very happy catching the bow, and very happy catching my laker. It was my personal best by far, 33 inches with an 18 inch girth!!!

Hopefully I'll get out fishing for some bows or something again before I head back to frozen Eastern Ontario.

Jammer, you left something of yours at the boat launch, I can give it to you next time I see ya. Do you know what you forgot????.......................
................ one large unopenned can of W.A.!!!!!!!
