That is a very good article on ice fishing safety and a good reminder for all of us. :D Sometimes knowing the little things you need to do can be the difference between life and death 8)

my pack used to be full of stuff to get out if I ever went in: rope, picks, firestarters, phone...too bad the pack is the first thing to sink when you can't get back out. Lesson: Let the heaviest guy go first that way too people dont go down at the sametime 50' apart ;)
