Like to marinate my walleye fillets in Sundried Tomato dressing and a little lime juice overnight or for just a few hours, then bread with the Original ShakeNBake and cook in olive oil and butter.

For Salmon I marinate overnight in

1/8 cup soya and 1/8 cup water
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
teaspoon of chopped pickled garlic.

Steak 'em or put 'em to a skewer.

It always amazes me that even though I don't like the taste of (most) fish, I get really hungry reading all these recipes!! They sound great!! We need a "drooling" emoticon.

Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.
