· 8 x 6 oz fresh salmon filet
· 2 tbsp Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
· 1/2 cup Canadian maple syrup
· 1 cup Dijon mustard
Mix together the Tabasco, mustard and maple syrup.
Put the salmon on high heat, grill, and brush well with the maple mustard sauce.
Grill for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes per side. It should be slightly opaque. Do not overcook.
