Pickerel in Cream (will need the following)
Pickerel Fillets
Cream Milk or Cream
Chopped Onion
Chopped Garlic
Dill
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Place fillets in boiling cream, cook until flaked.
Add flour to thicken.
