No, I am not selling some crazy wonder supplement nor some ridiculous diet regime. You do not need to buy tons of pills etc!

I lost over 70lbs and have KEPT it off! I still eat food, I still fish etc.

Now before this thread gets trashed I ask that the silly comments be posted someplace else!
This is a genuine offer and some members may very well wish to get in shape,lose some weight etc. I ask that it PLEASE be respected.
