Re: James Bay Region for Lakers & Quebec Reds
The Hudson Bay lowlands...the land is flat. I could be wrong about this but it wouldn't the first place I'd look for lake trout....pike and walleye yes.

Re: after the burn (fishing report)
To tell you the truth the old place was, "well lived in". They couldn't even call the new place a "camp" because it is too nice. "Cottage" just sounds too southern. They settled on lodge and his wife is coming up every weekend now. She loves it but is proud also because...

Did a bit of jigging but that one was on the troll, a Dr. spoon with perch pattern and brass on the other side...about noon on a sunny day!

after the burn (fishing report)
http://i69.photobucket.com/albums/i52/scurochiaro/IMG_2480.jpg I became good buds with my internet friend Dan after talking lots about fishing online. We eventually did a few trips together and then one day he emails me frantically wanting the website of the daily satellite views of northern Ontari...

Re: Johnson silver spoon
Totally agree on the pencils because a snag there often means loosing the lure or backing the boat up and reaching down to the snag. Any time not wasted is critical in the pencils because you are usually fishing a limited window of opportunity...and the other weedless spoons are crap!

Your photography is now worth the price of admission alone...used to be the combo of the tale with the photos and great fish sucked us in. Now I can just look at those photos..you have developed quite an eye and a sense of what will shoot well. Fabulous report...I got sucked in after the first few p...

Faulty temporary restrictions can be better then the alternative. Look at all our shield lakes close to Toronto that once had thriving walleye populations.

Re: Apples and a couple of Freaks of Nature !!
I see your face, the fish, and I see the apples.
-are they all round?
-are they all tart?
-are they all fruits?
This is not a matching game. The correct answer is put apple in Freak's mouth.
