Thanks guys, my arm is wrecked from fishing them the past few days.. Went out today and hooked 3, lost 2 mid fight but landed this guy without a net!! Could be a golden shiner, no herring or whitefish in dows lake.

Went out again today and caught a couple of 2-4 pounders, the past 2 days the bite turned on around 4. Today I didn't get a hit for the first 2 hours but a school came out of no where and I landed 3 in a row before it slowed down again. Good luck out there, it'll only get better.

Right on Rod, nice to see some cats being landed this early! I went looking for them the other day around Britannia but it was still a little too cold for the area I was in. I think by next week the bite should be on!!
