Just watch out with a heater cause hunting blinds are much thinner then ice shacks. And don't leave it in your car after a wet/icy day cause you might get a surprise the next time you try to pop it open!

My old man got me an led pen light at car quest.... it lights the tent like crazy. I have no idea how much he paid, it was a Christmas gift. The way the light is shaped, I can slip it between the tarp and pole of my tent. It's black and yellow and called cliplight.

Hello all, another winter of ice fishing is just ahead of us and the ice fishing derby's will return. Last year I organized a cash prize derby at Shirley's bay on the Ottawa river and had a great turnout even with the extreme weather conditions. I will be organizing the 2nd annual derby this winter...

I can't see this happening when I have a couple wee ones running around... It's most likely a one time deal... The misses will be hitting the stores on boxing day for some actual ornaments!
