That's exactly what I've been told, repetative motion will undoubtedly repeat the same injury. My doc tells me there is a treatment that involves a rapidly vibrating device...(insert joke here)...treatment for this costs anywhere from $150 to $250 per session. Very costly for those who don't have me...

I'm surprised to see this thread. I'm off right now on short term disability for exactly this. Now I'm no golfer, etc but got it all the same. Funny thing, I'm going to the Ottawa Sports Clinic also...and my doc mentioned she had a patient that was a pro bass fisherman with the same affliction from ...

I'd like to thank you for the responses and offers Bacon, FF, Cracker and John. I expected to get perhaps a few idea as to places to go but certainly not offers and fishing partners. I'm really impressed! Then again, I was really impressed reading the link about another member who had his tackle sto...

Little help please

As some of you may have read in my amazingly large 2 posts, (hardly 5000...wow!), I've rediscovered fishing again after a good decade. So, its like starting out all over again for me. Never really was an avid fisherman b4 but the bug has bit me hard this time. What I'm kindly asking of you folks is ...

I can relate to DV_8. Usually have to go solo, when my usual fishing partner bails on me. It can be tough, esp. getting reaquainted with the sport and not knowing which spots to hit and of course being *BOATLESS*, sigh. Kinda limits one. So I'd have to steal Bowzogs reply! Really glad to have found ...

Scumking would be correct. Kazakstan (sp?) is located in Russia, close to the border, from what a friend of mine that lived there breifly has told me in the past. Man, that thing was HUGE!

G'day ladies and gents. I've caught the bug again after many moons of not fishing. Very happy to have found this little haven and look forward to learning LOTS more about places to go and little hints. In regard to the regs. A police officer isn't a conservation officer. For him to recognize ...
