I fish long point bay for Perch near EC-10 I really like the area for it's great wildlife and good folks. I used to fish Simcoe which is not without it's charm, but there aren't many places in Simcoe where you could catch the variety you can get down at Long Point. Sure I'd love to hook up sometime....

Question: Is there any trick to properley fileting a Perch without tearing it to pieces? Unfortunatley I'm eacting more chowder (or is that Chowda) than fish... Please Help!
