Yikes!!!

Love hearing about the youngns catchin' big fish(or any fish). I was fishing this summer and had some friend's kids fishing with me on the dock. The youngest (6 yrs) hooks into a 4lb smallie. With her on the reel and myself on the rod we were able to land it..... with a lot of laughs and a few close...

Huge KUDDOZ to all involved in the derby on Sat. Saw lots of fish caught and a lot of smiling faces. An amazing event that I was both proud & honored to be a small part of.

Checked the ice in the backbay near the lilly pond last year....very scary ice. Water was swirling like a toilet bowl in the hole....so I got the hell outa there!

Beauty perch! Have been wanting to fish that lake
since last year....thanx for the ice report, heard that lake takes
a while to freeze up.

You need a non-res QC permit to fish "on" QC land....boat different story.
Ontario along with Alta considers ANY Canadian a rezy...the way it should be.

Sports Action's a sure bet for a couple huge sucker minnows, got a few
in the tank that are bigger than the lil' Bass I was pluckin' out last pm.
They're open at 11 today.

Just wonderin' if anyone knew any effective techniques in landing Muskie from shore other than gilling them. Most of my buddies aren't brave enough to trek where I do to get them so I'm usually alone when I catch'm. Just wondering if there's a way I could craddle them if I was alone. I use a Boga gr...
