I never thought that it will happen but Fordson offered today to take me out to finish off couple "loose ends" from previous days where we seen fish that were not interested, and lower the count of his catch on board of my boat :o Yesterday he managed to help his son to get his first musky...

Great to see a new Muskie addiction being born. He's hooked now! No muskies for us today but I did nail a PB Ottawa River pike as you mentioned the wind had them hunting today for sure. It finally happened! ... nice fish, after tough couple outings where this avid and very successful trout fisherman had several memorable outings he will never forget. 1. Nothing - OK not that memorable :lol: 2. Had the opportunity to net huge fish but screwed up - I'm sure this one won't be forgotte...
