Ya the brother has been there for over 20 years and has told me some pretty far out stories about some of the happenings with crew and passengers.
He wanted to join the Navy as i did but couldn't stand to leave home or girlfriend(now wife) so Georgian Bay is as close to the ocean as he could get.

If you already have the Humminbird machine the update to DI is free. It became available in January this year. I updated my 997 with no problems. Can't wait to try all the new features as i just got the 997.

I would be interested in that info as well as i have one which has a problem as well. The head will rotate but the prop does not turn.
