Beauty lakers right there! Congrats on the PB, that last one is a hog.
Was out on the BR this morning with a few lads, landed 4 total the heaviest weighing just over 10lb not bad to close the laker season, I'm already pumped for next spring!

Re: A Miracle Happened... sorta
Cracked leaf springs and cracks around the shackles and u-bolts are actually a very common thing. I pull a trailer at work almost everyday varying in size. I always check trailer suspension especially with the roads in Ottawa its also part of our pre trip inspection by law. Private trailer owners do...

Re: Nipigon's Virtues Report.
I'm sitting up at the family hunt camp in northern ontario middle of nowhere on a fishing trip sipping a beer inside cause the bugs are relentless outside. I decide to check and see if I get any sort of reception and to my surprise I do....I log onto fish hawk to see if there are any new reports. Af...

Re: Discourteous or not?
I hear what your saying for sure, technically though I believe if they want to fish that close to the dock they are legally allowed to? Personally I would never fish up close and personal on someone's dock if they were out enjoying it or at the very least be courteous and ask if they mind if you fis...

Hit and miss on that lake, potential to catch some fish is there but no outstanding size. Few lads I work with live up that way and fish it here and there.

Nice report and beautiful brown! I have found this to be my most productive spring/early summer trout fishing I have experienced in years.

Re: Best fishing lodge/lake/river for walleye in ON/QC?
Two huge provinces so its a very tough questions to answer. I've had fantastic luck up in northern ontario for walleye, lake trout and specks, I'm spoiled as I have family smack in the middle of some of the best and least fished lakes around in the middle of nowhere. As far as outfitters go there's a...

Re: Dead deer in water.....will City or RVCA remove it??
City won't touch that im almost positive,I work for the city. Try the NCC or RVCA but call directly. The city doesn't pick up deer in waterways, we do roadside pickup and such but I've never heard of anyone retrieving one out of water. .... so... fish it out and throw it on the road? Craig No conta...

Re: Boat Stolen
Sorry to hear that, some real low life's out there. I'll keep my eyes open I live around the area, I will also watch out for it on the water. Hope they find it and catch the guys who took it, pretty sad day when you can't even leave your boat at the cottage.

Nice speck! Algonquin is a beautiful area, I do lots of backpacking and canoeing
In the park.
I'm heading up this weekend for some specks, can't wait to get there.
