Larry I also have been eyeing this one up... and have discussed over PM's with Eye tracker several times. It is last years version of the 2000C... and a great price. the new 2000C is around $1,200 CDN... Sheldon is going to wonder why I have not bought it yet, but my wife did wake up... Go quick,,,,...

Ive used Seagar Floro as well as Vanish, I've had no problems with either.

Uni to Uni knot works well also... I have a hard time with a blood knot for some reason...

Bear Florocarbon is MONO... nothing like braided. OK, it's not exactly MONO... you see the fish can not see it... it is invisable in water... so you upsize the stuff... still can not see it. Steve Hamilton suggested 25#, it will work great, I also use 100# for Muskie and Pike,,, just watch for nicks...
