Re: Cancun fishing advice
Doubt you need a license, unless you spend $$$$$ on a guide you are going for a boat ride for the most part on those southern fishing "excursions". Enjoy the Sun, Cuba bound in Jan! RJ Me thinks I shall then just pack a 7ft med hvy spinning reel with 20lb braid and take along a few plugs ...

Re: Bait in west end of Ottawa?

Have you tried Lapointe's in Bell's Corners? I buy my dead minnows from them. They flash freeze them...

Re: Fish-Hawk G2G Dec. 11th at Tailgators
Sadly Rob I cannot make this. I have all 5 kiddos with me that evening and I highly doubt my wonderful wife would be too happy leaving her at home alone with 5....to talk fishing. Have a great time all! I have yet to make one of these and have heard they are a great time. If you can make it I highly...

Any tips or words of caution for me?
Anyone ever pier/shore fished there?
Permits needed etc?
Good guides?
Thanks!

Re: Remember the Torpedo? (Pic Heavy)
Congrats to the Torpedo! My he has grown! SO has his skill set from the pics! I will also second the opinions here. I watch my 2 oldest and each year they both become more keen to wet a line. My 12 year old daughter got hooked on carping at Long Sault this summer! Now we shall see if the younger 2 (...

Salmon fishing opportunity
My cousin, who lives in the UK, has been living with his girlfriend in the guest house of her father's estate in Scotland. As the estate is quite large, they have a Gamekeeper to help with the paid hunts and fishing on the property. The property holds salmon which swim in from the sea. The gamekeepe...

If that is true. That they are indeed sponsored by Ashley Madison.
Then "Cheaters" is a VERY fitting term for them.
If I were their wives I would be placing a call to an attorney and/or a Private Investigator.

Re: Peterwhite Lake
The BIGGEST issue is the brown trout that swim in that lake and their bad case of lock jaw.

I think we should all STOP assuming people mean the worst in their postings....
unless of course it is 100% clear that they are stirring the pot.
