oh back in the day, say about 10 years ago, we use to get them outta quintie 2 2 1/2 pounds in the deseronto area. haven't seen them down there in a while though.

that is so sweet. i looked at a handhelp and the nav chip last year just for ice fishing and i just couldn't justify it. believe it or not, i don't own a cell phone.....but i'm seriously considering it now. did you get the maps at lebarons or somewhere else and is there anything else involved?

i have an inside guy and i know for fact that theres none in orleans, 1 in kanata and 6 in gatineau.

i fished port hope for years with small marshmellows, mostly for salmon and lakers but we do get quite a few browns and rainbows so it realy doesn't surprise me, but its nice to hear the young lads are getting nice fish to!

I'll be there providing i can get on the ice with all this rian. it'll be nice to fish a new spot for a change, can anyone give me the scoop on mississipi lake, any area to stay away from with my van etc......?
