I'll be there, thanks Roberto.

No, thank you Roberto for putting this together!
I'm excited for the upcoming season and some group outings, should be a blast.

Re: Why Kayak Fishing?
Nice one, I enjoyed reading that.
I have to agree, I love the quiet calm on the water in a kayak. Even if I'm having a bad fishing day, it's just nice to be on the water.

Re: Calling all non-powered watercraft fishermen in the area
Hey, I'm in as well. I've only been fishing out of a kayak for 1 season, but I love it! Thanks for putting this together.

Re: Tax free weekend?
Speaking of electronics Ed, a bit off topic but do you carry any portable fishfinders? I'm looking for something for my kayak, just with basic sonar nothing fancy. Kind of specific, but I'm looking for something along the lines of the Garmin Echo 151 or Humminbird Piranhamax 197 portable versions. T...

Re: 2016 Fishing Goals??
My goals for the season are: 1. Learn the basics of using sonar. I'm outfitting my kayak with a fishfinder this winter. 2. Do some dropshotting for smallies (will be completely new to me) 3. Keep learning! I'm fairly new to fishing in the last couple years, and while getting skunked is extremely fru...

Re: Revivifying Cork Handles
Thanks for this post, very informative.
About the cork sealer, what kind of finish does it leave behind? I have some generic cork sealer/conditioner, but it seems to be very glossy.

Yeah, Taro is certainly a character. Love the show format.
I'll also second Indepth Outdoors. I find James Holst really breaks down techniques, presentation, rigging etc. really well.

Re: Cheaters
Craig, there's a reason that the winners of some of the biggest bass tournaments are subjected to polygraph tests, and it isn't to find out what baits they were using.

Re: Cheaters
Geez Smitty, you're getting a pretty harsh response here. I don't think this makes all tournament anglers look bad, but it certainly doesn't look good on tournament fishing. Or maybe I'm mistaken, like when Lance Armstrong's cheating didn't make cycling look bad, or steroid use in baseball didn't re...

Hey Peter, I'm not on the list. Does this mean I didn't qualify based on last year's performance?
