Try to invest in some trailer guides. They are worth it for us beginners. Take Markus's advice. Just let the pads(or trailer guides) barely be out of the water. Tie a long rope to the front of the Boat ring. Then pull it in and get it square on the Bunker. then you can either back the vehicle a litt...

When those businesses shut down completely because people catch NO FISH. Then they will deserve it. I think also think those numbers are questionable. I am sure the slot limit did make a big improvement on the Quinte fishery. From what I hear, fishing has been the best its been in awhile for the las...

Yes a Sheephead is a drum and we did have a good time. Shephead are really great scrappers. Especially in deep water. Rich really out fished me. He had a sweet spot that produced a decent carp ever 10-15 minutes. He didn't post all the carp pictures he caught. He had Home river advantage.lol I wonde...

The funny thing is that the 2 foot waves were really rocking that boat and its a deep V. I can Imagine 4 foot waves pounding my boat.

I hear ya John. I will just sit back and enjoy it. :D It sure beats those 5 HP rentals. I flew to my spot that took from 30 to 45 minutes and got there in like 10 minutes. And it wasn't even at half speed.

I always have mishaps at the beginning of the season. But once I get in gear It all goes smoothly. I am already getting the hang of hooking up the boat. But how the heck do people do it on thier own??????

Thanks for the Info. Well guys. I took my boat out again. The water was really rough. I couldn't open it up but did for only a little bit and reached 22MPH easy (in the 2-3 seconds I opened it up). Last trip barely ever broke 20. I couldn't play with the trim though due to a bumby ride. I just got t...
