What with all the info on this post and the info on the Lees ave. posting ,the "urban fishing" project should have plenty of stuff to work with.

As a non-boater I think it is a great idea.Being a community of fisher-persons and all enjoy the art of angling ,I can not see why one can't angle a ride with someone.

Black Donald Campground on Black Donald Lake ,which is connected to Centennial rents boats. Also a good place to camp.
I have stayed there on and off since it first opened when I was a teenager.

Dows Lake Near where the sea cadets train or on rideau at Brewers Park are two good spots

I received one ,as a gift for Xmas and wondered if anyone else has any expierence with this toy. It is the type that looks like a watch.

Almonte and Pakenham are two great places on the Mississippi.Pakenham below the rapids and at the park in Almonte are worth your time.

Was that creek you saw them stocking by any chance Watts Creek.

Didn't see a single trout ,only those two.

Went fishing in Poole Creek behind Fringewood Business Park and caught 2 fish that i did not recognize.About 6-8 in. long with 3 little horns on each side along the top of head. I felt them and they were bony.
What are they.

Where abouts was this.Poole,Findlay

never heard of these creeks(Findlay,Poole,Shields).
Where would you locate these creeks.Like to give them a try.
