I am using an Alkyd based DTM (Direct to Metal) gloss paint. This particular Industrial Enamel is from SICO. Not available at Rona but at the Sico Paint ...

Sorry you decided so late.
Unfortunately Ottawa Valley South Bassmasters sign-up deadline has passed. It's frustrating to see so many anglers wait this long to decide to fish in a series or tournaments in general. We have already "turned away" 5 prospective new members who were all going to become members as non-boa...

Do you have any pics of the on going project ?
I am in a similar situation, I've gutted alot of mine right back to the hull. Rotten plywood all over the place. Replacing the carpet stem to stern while I'm at it.

Frogs
50 lb Power Pro. 65 lb is too heavy. As mentioned you will lose distance.........and when the water is super skinny you need that extra 10 feet ! If you are having trouble hooking up when throwing frogs it is LESS likely to be the actual frog causing the trouble. It is MORE likely that it is your ti...

What about ?
As for specifics close to TO. I have no idea.
But try somewhere in the Kawartha's (Peterborough).
Or I bet there would be some place(s) on Rice Lake.
Good luck.

Something I noticed while driving..........
Hey all you shore fishermen.......... Something I've noticed while driving to work every morning is that the entire Rideau system is at "low water ". This is the PERFECT time to scout out spots for next year's season. Particularly where the water drop is dramatic (Mooney's Bay) you can se...

First off, get a map ! Mandatory. Fish of the ends of Indian Island. Using your sonar you'll see humps & saddles around Indian Island. Fish the man-made embakment that goes across Grassy Bay. And just inside grassy bay to the left you'll find several giant cribs sunken under the water. They run...
