It has an onboard tank and a 40 2-stroke injected Merc main, but I wanted to get something quieter and easier on gas for musky trolling (this boat is a 2 - 3 year project that will get sold to move to something ...

ABU Volatile?

Has any tried out the Volatile musky rod? Balance compared favorably with the Mojo Musky and the Compre, and the price is interesting at $140.

Wednover Tourney 2015?

Maybe I've looked in the wrong place, but I don't see much about the Wendover walleye tournament for this year. Is it one, or is typically announced later?

Thanks.

Arming for the Musky hunt

Added a couple new toys to the arsenal for 'ski hunting this summer - 2 Shimano Tekota 600 LC's spooled with 80lb Power Pro, each on a 7 foot St. Croix Premier MH Fast rods. Those will be sitting the Salty holders. Now I just have to snag a good 8 and a half caster for my Revo Winch and then I can s...

Re: So what did Santa bring you?

Sweet reel, One ;-) Lape - I don't doubt it for a second. I was being very tongue in cheep with the "lowly" comment. Both of these reels feel ridiculously solid (can't wait to cast that Winch - feels a lot lighter than my Calcutta). I'm not sure if the Ci4 is the + model or not - I'll post...
