Bigfish, if your talking about the whine of the cables as you troll that's the normal sound they make. I find myself using it sometimes to set my trolling speed. Gotta have the right hum. :D

Biggest I ever caught was about 6lbs., but every year on Pigeon my Wife manages to hook a nice one on her tube, only bait she ever uses.

Those are nice pic's LT. More like the winter's when we grew up. Snow drifts halfway up the front door I remember, or maybe I was just shorter. Gotta go now and shovel out (no snow blower) to get the kids to swimming lessons, then the boat show. :D LT did you get my email? Not sure its working prope...

Snowing here all day with drifts building. That sibling thing goes for girls too, as I've been listening to it all day myself. Funny though, I also braved the cold for a run to the beer store. 8)

Both, I use baitcasters for crankbaits, spinnerbaits, trolling and plastic in the thick stuff, but usually use spinning for tubes, livebait and any type of lighter finess fishing.

Glad you guys came out OK and walked away. I also had an accident this past summer with my Dakota and can tell you your probably better off if they write it off. There never the same again, just my personal exp.

I have a 1995 Pro162 Princecraft and it takes a beating on Erie and Ontario and I have no rivet problems at all. I even hit a rockpile in Port Colborne and put a small bow in the bow and still, no leaks.
I'd love to trade it for a bigger one.
