White Perch are technically deemed to be an invasive species and a pest by some anglers who are trying to fish for other things. Thanks guys... :wink: Normally my rod is put away for the season by now... but the mild weather extended my season by a month.. if this weather continues into Dec... I will simply target my other fav species...yellow perch! :D

Thanks all... the weather down here has been exceptionally warm and I had heard of bucketmouth's being caught from boats on the body of water I was fishing... so I figured why not try my luck? :D

The lift bridge means the Burlington Skyway.... easiest way to get there is take QEW Niagara, follow Eastport Rd. go over the lift bridge and turn immediately right into Fishermans Pier.

:D :D Gotta say this has been the best fall fishing I have experienced in 30 years. Usually I have pretty well put my rod away for the year but some new friends of mine told me about a tackle shop in Hamilton that has minnows all year round and you never know what you are gonna get out of Burlington...

If you have a marine mechanic, get him to check the engine out. What body type is the boat? aluminum, fibreglass or wood? Easiest thing to do is check the condition of the trailer, chances are if the trailer has been looked after so has the boat. Keep in mind with an engine 30 yrs old finding parts ...
