All above mentioned are great ambassadors hands down!
If I had a personal choice Pete Bowman is who I would love to fish with, always get a kick outta him.
Cheers

Re: Summertime Laker Jigging
Very deep lake, upwards of 200ftin spots I have good friends on the lake with a few cottages been going there for years. I've always used a rigger myself but I don't see why jigging wouldnt work if you can find the fish, good luck

Downrigger for Lakers definatly, I've used it the odd time for rainbows depending on the lake I'm on but never for specks, most speck lakes are fairly shallow.

Wouldn't eat anything out of there on the lower end but there are some nice fish between cedarview bridge and where it dumps into the rideau. I've seen some nice Pike and walleye pulled out of there and a few good ski's also.

Re: Decent little brookie outting
Is this lake accessible by truck... Or atv access only? I've gone kayak fishing for brookies in lanark County a few times but I've always had problems trying to find out whether certain lakes are truck vs atv access... I did end up finding a nice lake which is truck access; however, the brookies ar...

Re: There's Splake in them thar hills 2015
Nice fish. The bows were biting pretty good up there as well. Also biting were some thieves. Nephew was in a popular bow lake and left his Stilh chain saw out. Apparently some dick on a 4 wheeler decided he needed it more. Tough lesson to learn as it was a high end saw. Just a warning to everybody....

Re: Looking for feedback (Small boat and trolling motor?'s)
I would suggest not getting that boat from CT..... Keep an eye on kijiji, there is always Jon Boats in the 10-12ft range that pop up from time to time in the 200$400 range along with 10-12ft tinners.... Picked up my 10ft Jon a few years back from an old lad for $150 luckily... I fish smaller back la...
