walleye you may just get while fihsing for lakers by accident, but perch you can go to lilly bay and catch tonnes. just find shallow water like 5ft

i wear long pants and always look around me for poison ivy and especially poison parsnip. Pants help against the ticks too!! I've only ever gotta one tiny piece of parsnip on me. Just know what to look out for and be careful, a fish isnt worth the constant itching and permanent scars(from the poison...

i was getting lots of perch at the Iroquois locks. 90% still frozen but if you drop in the little cracks and ice holes youll catch em!

Hey folks, anyone know any good spots to get my reels cleaned and serviced?? Ive never got them done and decided id do the responsible thing and take care of my investments. All the reels are Okuma so someplace with knowledge of this brand would be great!

Senko is just too easy not to throw, i completely understand! Im going to be trying alot more moving baits this season. Mainly crankbaits and swim jigs. Try something that looks fun to you, everybody is different! Goodluck

For me it's time to organize tackle, order new rods/reels, and this year to get new waterproof tackle trays set up. Maybe some steelhead soon and the kiwanis walleyeworld tourey at the start of may!!

Id just go in from my cottage,but pretty sure you could get on at the lighthouse thing on river road. Not entirely sure though ive never fished there in winter

Ya we hit Lemke and only managed perch. May need to give Acorn a shot soon, how far of a walk would it be from the closest road??

Ill be going out tomorrow for the day and am wondering if anybody knows some small lakes within 30ish minutes of Pembroke. I tried Lemke and had a painfully slow day. Any species is good, just looking to get some classmates onto some fish!
