Re: Going to Tadoussac!

Might be too late for you, but I brought my 16' boat there a couple of years ago, and fished the Saguenay out of the Sacre Coeur launch. Caught lots of small Atlantic Cod on jig heads and worms. Great fishing, and whale watching at the same time. Pretty amazing experience for an Ottawa boy.

Aluminum Welding

Still, it would have been nice if they had simply asked us not to fish there just because it made people worried, rather than making something up about us not being allowed to fish there at that time of year. All of us (officers ...

A bit of a Scene on Mooneys Bay

Hey Fishawkers, So this morning I had plans to meet up with a couple who are friends of mine at 7:30 on Mooney's bay to go after some perch. When I arrived, they were nowhere to be seen, so I went home and took a little nap. I came back at 9 am and driving across hog's back, I could see their blue c...

Shore Fishing Location

Hi All, I'm new here, and just moved back to Ottawa after several years away. I'm hoping some of you can offer suggestions on where to take my grandfather fishing. He's in his mid-eighties so he isn't up for long car rides, boat rides, or hikes in. But he gave me my start fishing, and I'd love to re...
