Bought one and thought I'd give riggin a try. No problems---love it. The only thing is that it is nice to have that other person in the boat to crank it in while you fight the fish!! or vice-versa.

The launch at Conestoga lake is good!! Big boats allowed. The thing with Belwood and Conestogo lakes is that there are no worries for boaters--no rockpiles or other surprises. However on the other hand--there is no real structure fishing either. Found the best bet is to troll just along the shorelin...

Launch is great !!!!--The fishing has been dropping off the last few years. As soon as you leave the launch, book a hard right and fish that bay(way back in). Nowadays you can do better in the river around the town of Conesogo.

Don't get me wrong!!--I don't target oos bass. But i have seen bass caught off the dock at the cottage -released again --only to see the bass go right back on it's redd and protect it as though nothing had ever happened. No problem whatso ever. Now trout-ya I think they are a little more delicate.
