I have an 8ft., 7/8 wt. Martin , rod only, which I'll trade for a 5 wt. of similar quality..........nothing fancy but in good shape.
Sorry, no spare reel, or the type of line you mentioned.
Kindly send a PM if you are interested.
cheers.

Re: Where can I get flies for smallmouth bass
Reelflies.ca has some nice stuff (no financial interest)
Got into tying a few years ago, settled on a clouser, wooly bugger, and some poppers. Still have some left.
A person can get all creative with foam poppers.

Don't get me wrong.... I have no problem with sanctuaries...... I was just wondering if it was something else since they are closed all year....... Not a dig at you, Bradford. All you did was ask the question. Nice to see someone showing an interest. The Rideau (for eg.) really gets nailed with res...

fish4ever... great job on this, I just hope it does not cause spotburning. A spot I fish regularly was very busy today, I hope your efforts do not cause damage to some of these locations. Other fishing forums have rules against identifying specific locations for this very reason. BINGO !!! A...

Thank you, RJ; Glad to see some folks on side regards the plundering of the pannies. I argued for years for a limit on Crappies; this at a time when one could go out every day and fill a 5 gal pail. Believe me, that time existed. Now the limit is 30/day. Try and catch 30. Not very many years ago you...
